John was a fantastic resource for finding a rental in Cape Cod. My girlfriend and I are moving from Las Vegas, and we spent many hours scouring craigslist, WHOI community housing, and the plethora of rental apps for a month. As we got closer and closer, we got more and more worried that we may be houseless, until we happened upon John's listing. The place I initially contacted him about didn't work out, but he was quick to refer me to one that did. Because we are so far, we weren't able to see the house in person. We asked John for a video conference tour, and he agreed, and by the next day we toured the house. He was very friendly, and quick to respond to any issues with the lease. We move in a month. As a realtor, he was extremely helpful and we are very thankful.
